We accept returns on all unworn, genuine Bold Call undergarments within 7 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original product packaging with all tags attached and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Worn or Washed Undergarments
Due to hygiene standards, any undergarments that have been tried on, worn, washed, or have tags removed cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Custom Orders & Final Sale
Custom-sized garments or promotional final-sale items are non-returnable.
